Orders ship within 24 hours, and you’ll get tracking as soon as it’s on the way. 

Do you accept returns?
All sales are final. We only replace items that arrive damaged. Email photos within 7 days of delivery and we’ll take care of it.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

Can I change or cancel my order?
We move fast. If you need a change, email us right away. If it hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll try to help.

I typed the wrong address. Help?
Email us immediately. If the package hasn’t gone out, we’ll update it. If it has, we’ll wait for the carrier to return it and reship. Extra postage may apply.

My package says delivered, but I don’t see it?
Check with neighbors, building office, and any sneaky spots. If it doesn’t turn up in 24 hours, email us and we’ll guide next steps.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Customs, duties, and taxes are paid by the customer. Delivery times vary by country.

How long does shipping take?
After the 24-hour ship window, most U.S. orders arrive in 2–5 business days. International timing varies by destination and customs.

How do I care for my merch?
Turn inside out, cold wash, gentle cycle, hang dry or tumble low. Treat it like your favorite tee.
